terms of service

general

  • You must be at least 18 years old in order to commission me.

  • All commissions are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or for NFTs / AI training.

  • Payment will be through Paypal invoice only, half upfront and half upon completion. The product is a digital piece and will not be shipped or physically delivered.

  • You may post the commissioned art on your social media, with credit or a link back to me.

  • I maintain the right to display all commissioned artwork on my social media / portfolio.

process, revisions & refunds

  • Commissions will generally be completed in 1-4 weeks, depending on complexity and my current queue. I will give you a personalized estimate of the completion time and keep you updated throughout the process, either via email or discord.

  • Major revisions will only be accepted during the sketching stage. Anything beyond that point will be approached on a case-by-case basis and may incur extra charges.

  • I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions that are the result of missing or misrepresented elements. In other words, make sure your references are as clear as possible and detail in writing anything you don't have or can't find a reference for.

  • You can cancel the commission at any point, but keep in mind that I do not offer refunds once work on your commission has been started.

  • If I am unable to finish your commission, I will refund you in full regardless of the stage the commission is at.
